Todd and Julie Chrisley break their silence after being convicted of fraud

In the conversation in the last episode of their podcast “Chrisley’s Confessions”, the reality stars were hesitant to discuss their legal case.

Todd Chrisley said it was a “whirlwind”.

“I know all of you guys want to know every detail of what’s going on in our lives, and I have to ask you to respect that we’re not allowed to talk about it right now,” Todd Chrisley said. “The time will come when all this will be discussed.

“We wanted to come today and tell everyone that now is a very sad, heartbreaking time for our family,” he added. “But we still remain steadfast in our faith and believe that God will do what he does best, because God is a miracle worker and that is what we hope for.

We are alive and we appreciate all the support we received from everyone, said Julie Chrisley.

The “Chrisley knows best” stars and their accountant Peter Tarantino have also been convicted of several tax crimes, and Julie Chrisley has been found guilty of obstruction of justice and wire fraud.

Todd Chrisley said they received gifts and messages from fans and even people left food and drove for hours to bring flowers to their front door.

“The love that has spread throughout this country so far is what helps us really get up every day,” he said.
