Dog summer days are officially here. Whether you are trying to take your mind out of the fire or bad headlines, you’re in luck: Nintendo currently has big sales of digital switch games. Cool down with Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze or merging the mind with a reasonable hat Super Mario Odyssey for 30% discount on the normal price of the sticker.

It’s not a huge discount in the wider gaming world, but it’s a big deal for the infamous stingy Nintendo eShop, where the first games in particular remain full prices for years after launch (unlike, for example, the PlayStation where you can currently get God of war for only $ 20). The current promotion of the hand-held hybrid is called the Nintendo eShop Big Ol ‘Super Sale, and although not as broad as last year’s Black Friday discountsthere’there are still plenty of things with decent prices if you’re looking for something to play with while lying in front of a fan or lounging in the pool.

Here’s the stuff of the first page, discounted 30% to a normal $ 60 IFRS:

  • Super Mario Odyssey – $ 42
  • Super Mario Maker 2 – $ 42
  • Paper Mario: King of Origami – $ 42
  • The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening – $ 42
  • Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freezing – $ 42
  • Pikmin 3 Deluke – $ 42

Why is Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, port for 2018 Vii In the game from 2014, still regularly full price? Who can tell. But Tropical Freeze it remains a gem and one of the best platformers of the modern era. Here are some other highlights from the sale:

  • Tokyo Mirage Sessions # FE Encore – $ 42
  • Astral Chain – $ 42
  • Daemon X Machina – $ 42
  • Braveli Default II – $ 42
  • Shin Megami Tensei V – $ 42
  • Lego Star Wars: The Skivalker Saga – $ 45
  • Monster Hunter Rise – $ 31
  • Dragon Kuest KSI S: Echoes of an elusive age – $ 35
  • Dark Souls Remastered – 20 dollars
  • The Destroyed King: The Story of the League of Legends – 20 dollars
  • Tetris effect: related – $ 24
  • No more heroes 3 – $ 30
  • Had – $ 15
  • Person 5 Strikers – $ 30
  • The Elder Scrolls V: Skirim – $ 30
  • Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic – $ 12
  • Diablo II: Resurrected – $ 24
  • The Elder Scrolls V: Skirim – $ 30

There are currently some fantastic indies with some nice discounts, including Loop Hero ($ 10.50), Death’s Door ($ 13), and Chicory: A colorful story ($ 14), all 2021 stands out on the lists of several people for the best game of the year. I will personally take this opportunity to pick up Castlevania Advance Collection ($ 13.50) and Eastward ($ 20), because June is usually when I get itchy to go back and play something classic or retro.

The big old super sale will last until July 6 just before midnight, and eShop purchases give you back 5 percent through gold coins, so you will also get a few dollars from future games.
